We have taken all health precautions for you under the supervision of experts.We create healthy holiday conditions throughout your holiday in this unique nature.
1-We measure the body temperature of our employees and your body temperature at every entrance to the facility.
2-The use of the mask is mandatory and we provide the mask for you.
3-Check-in procedures are performed in accordance with the rules of social distance.Social distance markups have been made in all areas where the queue may occur and we would like you dear guests to follow the markups.
4-Hand disinfection stands are positioned for you guests in general areas.
5-Our rooms are ventilated and sterilized.The disinfected room will be turned over.
6-Air conditioners in all rooms are disinfected regularly.
7-There are infected waste bins in the areas to collect infected waste.The mask and gloves used are collected at this point.We ask you to dispose of your masks and gloves in these waste bins.
8-if you have a fever,dry cough , difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, please inform the reception.
9-All textile products in the rooms are washed at 75 degrees.
10-All our kitchen staff pays extra attention to hygiene rules in order to provide you with healthy and reliable food.
11-Open buffet and other areas are served by our kitchen and service personnel who use protective equipment.
12-For our guests, forks, spoons, knives are hand-washed and packaged using clean gloves.
13 - Door handles,general area ,WCs,handrails,keys, door knocker etc. frequently touched surfaces are constantly cleaned.
14-Chlorine,ph and hydrogen peroxide levels of the pool water are regularly monitored by the professional team.
15-Cleaning and disinfection of the pool area and senzlongs are regularly provided.
16 - Pool deckchairs are placed according to social distance rules.
17-Tables in the restaurant are arranged according to social distance rules and a certain number of people are taken.
18-In order to maintain social distance, routes have been determined in our indoor and outdoor areas within the hotel.Please note the warning signs.
19-Covid 19 in case of suspicion or diagnosis and hospital treatment is not determined ,guests, including those who are from the same family or who are staying in the facility, will stay in isolation rooms and all services will be provided to the room and all services will not be left in the room during this time, these rooms will be served by service personnel
20- Bellboy service is provided upon your request.
